The Texas Cardinals, Incorporated, is proud to support our own, Rennie Ofton, who is the Most Worthy Grand Matron of General Grand Chapter from November 5, 2009 through 2012.

This website is dedicated to Rennie and the membership of Texas Grand Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star, who will be supporting them throughout this endeavor.

We will definitely need your help in Oct-Nov 2012 when Texas will be hosting the 47th General Grand Chapter Triennial Assembly in Ft. Worth, TX.

CALLING ALL TEXAS EASTERN STARS

Preparations are underway for the General Grand Chapter Session that will be held in Fort Worth, November 1-9, 2012. There will be an important Arrangements Meeting at 2 PM on Saturday afternoon, March 10, 2012, in preparation for General Grand Chapter in Fort Worth. The meeting will be held at the Sheraton Hotel in Fort worth, which is located at 1701 Commerce Street. Everyone who will be helping at the General Grand Chapter Session in November 2012 is encouraged to attend, and anyone who would like to help, but does not have a specific job at this time, is also invited to the meeting. This will be Texas first opportunity to host the world of Eastern Star in more than 45 years and we invite every Eastern Star member in Texas to join us and Participate.

Fred Clarke, MWGP, who started the journey with our Sister Rennie Ofton, in 2009, passed away Dec 28, 2010. He represented the Grand Jurisdiction of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.
